3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after fulfillment. We offer shipping to select locations, as outlined on our website. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected.
  • Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors like customs clearance or carrier issues may cause delays. We are not responsible for such delays.
  • Return Policy: We offer a 7-day free return policy. To initiate a return, log in to your account and place a refund request. Terms of return include:
  • The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • Used products are not eligible for returns, as verified during inspection.
  • Returns are not applicable to products purchased in a sample sale.

4. Refunds: 

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are processed within 10–12 business days after inspection at our warehouse. Bank details must be shared via our customer care email: help@bspokewellness.com.

Online Payment Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and will be credited to the payment method used during purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of B'spoke and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Restrictions: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without prior written consent from B'spoke.
