Refund policy

7-Day Free Return Policy

• We have a 7 day - free return policy. Place a refund request for your order through your account.

• Once placed, your request will be reviewed by our team within 24 - 48 business hours and approved if it follows the terms of return.

• A designated courier partner will pick up the product from your registered address. It can take up to 7 business days to pick up your product.

 

Terms of Return:

• The product will need to be in its original packaging at the time of return. If the product is damaged because of not adhering to the terms mentioned above, the refund will not be considered and the product will be shipped back to you as is.

• Refunds will not be entertained if the products have been used in the 7 day return period. This will be ascertained at the time of inspection of the return package.
  
  

 Cancellation Policy:

• Order can be cancelled before it is shipped from the warehouse. 
  
  

Samples Sale: No returns will be entertained for the sample sale.

 

 

Product Refunds

Cash on Delivery orders: The processing time will be 10-12 business days post inspection of the package at the warehouse. Please give us your bank details via our customer care email - help@bspokewellness.com.

 

For Online Payment Orders: The processing time will be 7 business days post inspection of the package at the warehouse. Refunds will be processed to the bank/credit account linked to your purchase on the website.
